87 minute running time … Clark Gable as ship’s captain, Jean Harlow as his lover… I liked the footage of Hong Kong … wasn’t aware of the Malay Boot or Chinese Boot torture device… it wasn’t terrible, all the stereotypes were great. I sort of enjoyed it, but don’t think I’d recommend it.
