NUGT and DUST on F(r)ed Day

When F(r)ed speaks, markets listen. Recall that NUGT and DUST are 3x gold miner funds ... former is bull, latter is bear (DUST, Genesis 3:19, get it?). I've said it before and I'll say it again: there are probably people out there who day trade these two *exclusively* ... you can see how profitable it could be, if you get the direction right, in sure and certain hope. :)

Gold Miners Pop, 1 Minute View

Fed day, everything moves, Gold Miners moved the most ... NUGT is the triple leveraged long play (its opposite is the more cleverly named DUST). Would like to see all the trading between 14:00:00 and 14:01:00 but can't do that with a $9.99 data feed. Even paying $9.45 would have made sense carrying into end of day.

Very nice, gold has been on a tear so a bit countertrend, this ... but risk reward made sense.
