Have a nice weekend, guys.

Dow Catches Support MaybeI still think there might be a final 5th wave down for the Dow (looking at the 15 min chart), but it would have to reverse here pretty soon. I don't have the patience to wait for it... I'm off to the gym. I'll post the gratuitous cute chick pic later.

Sticking Ads in RSS Posts?I was just looking through the Bloomberg posts (I use Bloglines now) and noticed that every other one was an ad. Dumb, dumb, dumb. Just accept the fact that there's no way to make a dime off of RSS, you greedy fools.

Today's Trading IdeaWaters Corp. (WAT) looks interesting to me here. Initial risk is around 80 cents (less than 2%) and it may get back up around that old swing high ($46 and change), so the reward to risk looks good. Keep an eye on her. (These trading ideas will be for Members Only (those who make a donation) once I get the new site up, which should happen by the end of this month.)

Chart of the Day -- Netflix, 1380-minute Chart (all sessions)Netflix went public back in May 2002 at around $8 a share (split-adjusted), and it's rapidly returning to that level. Its all-time high was $39.77, reached in January 2004.

None of the above, by Doug Casey:
"Sure, if government limited itself only to defending its subjects from domestic and foreign aggression and adjudicating disputes, you could
argue there was nothing unethical in voting for who plays the night watchman. But the fact is that elections have long been, as Mencken observed,
nothing but advance auctions on stolen goods."
I cast my vote this week (absentee ballot) and plan to upload a scan of it this weekend. Posted at 7:35, GMT
The Consilient Observer: Archived IssuesA nice collection of back issues from Michael Mauboussin. Read them all. Posted at 7:25, GMT
It's Time for Fair and Modern Markets (PDF):
"Investors must have competitive alternatives to manual, floor-based markets. In contrast to the NYSE model, electronic markets provide all participants access
to the same information at the same time."
