Today's Trading IdeaFifth Third Bancorp (FITB) is reporting earnings this morning so it may move violently at the open, which will invalidate the set-up, but keep an eye on her anyway. I might short her off the intraday chart if she gives me a sweet spot. (These trading ideas will be for Members Only (those who make a donation) once I get the new site up, which should happen by the end of this month.)

Chart of the Day -- High Grade Copper futures, 40-minute ChartOuch. Copper gapped down over 10 cents at the open yesterday and closed even lower. I read that one trader said it was "just a normal shake-out." That made me chuckle.

Barclays China ETF faces competition, by John Spence:
"The PowerShares China ETF would also carry a two-percent sales charge on all share purchases during an initial offering period. The fee is designed to
provide incentive for brokers and advisers to promote the funds. Investors purchasing the PowerShares ETF after the subscription period would avoid
the sales charge, though normal brokerage commissions would still apply.
No existing ETFs levy a sales fee." Sounds like a poor substitute to the iShares offering (FXI). And a 2% sales fee? Guffaw. Posted at 7:15, GMT
