The coil scanner picked up BAC. Bank of America recently hit an all-time high of $44.99 and now it's pausing. It also currently pays a dividend of $1.80 a year. (There have to be lots of happy long-time shareholders.)

It's useful to review the course of interest rates over the last 20 years or so. Think about your financial life in relation to the dates that I've pinpointed... when did you take out your mortgage, or refinance, or buy that new car? When did you allocate money to bonds or buy that long-term CD? Timing is everything.
