Consumer Expenditure Survey -- March 2004

Expenses were in line for March. No council tax bill helps (seems they've forgotten about us). Eating Out / Entertainment is still too high; I'd like to cut that in half. $320 unaccounted for is about average too -- probably most of it would fall in EO/E if we kept better track, in which case I'd like to cut those expenses by 75%.
