I'm not sure who originally wrote about "Extreme ADX Reversals" (Larry Connors maybe?), but if I remember correctly the basic idea is to watch for a reversal bar when the ADX gets extremely high (like TASR's current 84 reading). TASR hasn't formed a reversal bar yet on the weekly chart, but when it does the longs might want to take care.
