ISPH has been a bit of a pain, probably going to take a small loss in that one in a bit.

"BRAVO" never triggered short. It will be interesting to see if it's still a candidate for tomorrow, it should be.

"ALPHA" has come in quite a bit this afternoon, darn shame it missed Target #1 by a penny, but that's the way it goes. You
can either exit at the close or carry it with a breakeven stop.

OK folks, I'm going to run off to my normal 3-hour lunch break. All of you who have the
instructions for "ALPHA" and "BRAVO" know what you're doing. I'll be back at the close.

Here's the monthly chart of Golden Star Resources (GSS). You can see the dark cloud cover shaping up, which is ugly.
It doesn't mean you should stick a fork in it yet, the trend is still clearly up, but at the very least this dog is pausing.

You can see the lovely bear flag on the 30-minute Freeport Mcmoran (FCX) chart. The Gold Bugs Index is about 13% off its highs,
trapping a lot of latecomers to the precious metals party. The real fliers like Golden Star Resources (GSS) have dropped over 25%
off the highs, so there's a lot of pain out there for the johnny-come-latelys.

"ALPHA" update. Remember if Target #1 is reached you can either take your profits or move
your stop-loss order to breakeven, and let it ride.

I'm short ISPH and the protective stop is above 13.40. In 2004 I won't report this kind of day trading update anymore.

My sister just reminded me of a cheery holiday story from the 1970s. My parents gave my oldest brother a skateboard that year, and
they gave an aquarium to my elder brother. It took about two minutes after both gifts were unwrapped for one of us (can't recall who)
to ride the skateboard through the aquarium. Choose your kids' gifts wisely. ;-)
