Here's the chat transcript from a presentation Andy Bushak gave the other day at Elite Trader on "Spotting Trend Trades." He talks about Reward/Risk ratios, which isn't something you see every day... perhaps someone has been paying attention to the Trading for Dummies lessons.

There was a nice article in today's Financial Times about Adrian Maddox, the founder of classiccafes.co.uk, a website dedicated to London's "classic" Italian-style cafes which are being crushed by "advancing homogeneity."

Maddox rails against "the scourge of fast-breeder US coffee chains" which have turned the old-style, family-run cafe into "an endangered species." Maddox "prefers the worn-out, threadbare, Pinter-meets-Hopper version of the classic cafe, utterly isolationist and unflinching in its utility."
