Since the Dubai G-7 communiqué everyone knows that a weak dollar is now "official" policy, so it will be interesting to see how it reacts at 92.50. Is it going to blast down through that level or hem and haw there? Foreign investors who hold dollar-denominated assets, European and Japanese exporters, and anyone else who will feel the pain of a weak dollar have to be thinking about how they can protect themselves.

"[M]ore flexibility in exchange rates is desirable ... to promote smooth and widespread adjustments ... based on market mechanisms." (G-7 communiqué)
