A nice thing to do if you come to London is walk the Jubilee Walkway. It's a dozen mile loop which encircles the center of the city, passing by many of the main attractions. You can take in the city at a human pace enjoying its history and energy and beauty, while the tourists who are shuttled around in cars or buses miss out on the things that count.
