Friends and neighbors rushing to refinance again. The people who bought all the McMansions around here have killer mortgages. Despite their double incomes from professional jobs, they still have mountains of debt. I just can't explain it. Maybe they're all cocaine addicts. The 7% Solution? ;-) |
