Never Forget
Today marks the 13th anniversary of the killings that took place in Beijing as troops moved in to clear out student protestors from the center of the city. An excellent documentary, The Gate of Heavenly Peace, explores the events that took place during the Spring of 1989. It's balanced, insightful, and profound... I highly recommend it. |
