Efficient Tax Planning

I'm studying corporate tax this summer in my final term of business school. If you think income tax for individuals is abstruse, you should see corporate tax (and partnerships? fuggedaboutit!). I have no doubt that Enron legally paid next to no tax, year after year. The article I linked to above is worth reading if you want to know what high priced interpreters of the Code can do for those who can afford their advice. We joke in class about there always being an exception to the exception... to the exception. |
